22/07/2025 – OVER 50% RESERVED
Since its official launch on May 15, JADE 2 has exceeded all expectations: over 50% of the units have been reserved in record time. Due to the strong demand, we were forced to bring Tower 1 to market on June 24, ahead of schedule.
We sincerely thank all our clients for their trust. Your incredible response motivates us to continue working with the same passion, precision, and commitment at every stage of the project.
15/05/2025 – OFFICIAL LAUNCH EVENT
Over 200 real estate professionals gathered at the piano bar of the newly renovated AR Diamante Beach Hotel for the official presentation of JADE 2.
Architect Barbara Ascolese and Frank Mascico, Commercial Director of Grupo Esmeralda, gave a detailed overview of the project. The event concluded with a relaxed cocktail reception, perfect for networking.
