16/03/2026 – Earthworks Begin
JADE 2 continues to progress with the start of the first works on site.
At this stage, initial earthworks and ground preparation are underway to prepare the site for the development of the project and support the next phases of construction.
06/03/2026 - This was the meeting with our partner real estate agencies
We gathered with our collaborating agencies to share the latest updates and progress on the JADE 2 project, as well as the preparation of a show apartment in JADE that will give future owners a clearer idea of what their home in JADE 2 will look like.
During the event, we also presented the opportunities to generate rental income through holiday rentals in Calpe together with our partner Unitursa.
Meetings like this allow us to strengthen our collaboration with partner agencies and continue moving forward with the development of JADE 2.
25/02/2026 - PARTNER AGENCIES COCKTAIL
On Friday 06/03 at 11:00, a professional networking event with cocktail reception for collaborating agencies will take place at the Snack Bar of the Hotel AR Diamante Beach.
JADE 2 is entering a new strategic phase that activates its immediate commercial operations, marked by key milestones such as the granted building licence, the availability of bank guarantees, the imminent start of construction, the immediate signing of purchase contracts, and improved commission conditions for collaborators.

11/02/2026 - SIGNING AND CUSTOMIZATION
The JADE 2 project is progressing as planned. Financing is already secured, and the protected client account is active, ensuring the safety of all funds contributed.
In the coming weeks, the online contract signing will take place, and later, owners will be able to choose materials, finishes, and equipment options for their homes.
We continue to work transparently to support our clients at every stage of the process.
12/12/2025 – BUILDING PERMIT GRANTED
We are pleased to announce that JADE 2 has obtained the Building Permit, a key milestone that marks the beginning of a new phase and allows us to move forward with full assurance in its development.
This achievement confirms the solidity of the planning and the fulfillment of all technical and administrative requirements, reinforcing our commitment to quality, rigor, and transparency. We continue working with the same dedication to bring a project to life that meets the expectations placed in us.

22/07/2025 – OVER 50% RESERVED
Since its official launch on May 15, JADE 2 has exceeded all expectations: over 50% of the units have been reserved in record time. Due to the strong demand, we were forced to bring Tower 1 to market on June 24, ahead of schedule.

15/05/2025 – OFFICIAL LAUNCH EVENT
Over 200 real estate professionals gathered at the piano bar of the newly renovated AR Diamante Beach Hotel for the official presentation of JADE 2.
Architect Barbara Ascolese and Frank Mascico, Commercial Director of Grupo Esmeralda, gave a detailed overview of the project. The event concluded with a relaxed cocktail reception, perfect for networking.
